Process and Project Manager

Standort: Wrocław

RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION ARE:

  • Creating and improving process management methodology in Company
  • Monitoring of compliance with procedures and instructions implemented in the organization and regulation of information security and business continuity.
  • Preparation of training materials for rules of conducting processes and projects, organizing training in this area.
  • Gathering information about the needs of realization new projects in the Company.
  • Providing support in the implementation business and executive analysis (Projects charts, projects network) carried out by the Project Managers.
  • Providing support for Process Owners and Project Managers during the projects implementation .
  • Providing management information for the General Manager and the Project Committee about the progress of the projects implementation.
  • Verifying the availability of resources for projects, eliminate resource conflicts - preparing recommendations to the Project Committee.
  • Monitoring the condition of the work on the implementation of information security system.

WE EXPECT FROM CANDIDATES:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or process management
  • Experience in quality management system ISO 9001:2008 or ISO 27001 and/ or Business Processes Management (Lean management, six sigma are welcome)
  • Experience in creating work instructions and processes maps
  • German language capable of creating work instructions and processes maps – nice to have
  • English language capable of operating in an international environment
  • The ability to build interpersonal relationships
  • Creative approach to solving problems
  • Analytical thinking skills and quick to draw conclusions.
  • Solid facilitation skills
  • Effective relationship management and influencing skills
  • Time management skills
  • The ability to create agreement among differing stakeholder views
