Process Analyst (process automation)

The Process Analyst (RPA) will be responsible for delivering on a pipeline of robotic process automation opportunities across the SSC and local entities, focusing on the finance activities (P2P, RTR, OTC), including the followings:
- Managing the relationships with key business stakeholders to capture of new process automation opportunities
- Following the defined RPA methodology, work with business SMEs and RPA technical experts to develop process automation design, ensure business inputs are secured as needed throughout the development cycle
- Plan, initiate, execute improvements
- Track and report monthly progress against the annual process improvement roadmap
- Ensure activities are planned and delivered alongside the technical automation
- Closely cooperate with the RPA team, under Process Analyst Lead supervision
- Participate in the testing phase of the SAP deployments to assure that standard processes are being adopted and to assist with gap resolution against those standards

Requirements:
- Previous RPA experience or other automation implementation experience
- Good understanding of BPO/SSC business concept
- Good experience in data analysis and reporting
- Strong analytical skills in order to interpret business change requirements
- Acquaintance with Lean Six Sigma or process management or BPO/SSC transition will be an asset
- English fluency
- Excellent influencing skills and stakeholders management
