INTRODUCTION:
ProperJob Uitzendbureau is looking for various motivated and experienced technical workers in different expertise areas. Currently for various of our clients we are looking for (bruto start salary per hour mentioned behind each job):

• MIG/MAG welders and fitters: € 11,43
• TIG welders and fitters: € 12,54
• Industrial painters: € 11,43
• Powder coating painters: € 11,43
• Industrial electricians: € 11,90
• Automotive electricians: € 11,43
• CNC Programmers and operators: € 11,43
• Manual turners: € 11,43
• Truck- and trailerbuilders and -mechanics: € 12,16
• Polyester workers: € 12,16

START DATE FOR ALL JOBS: AS SOON AS POSSIBLE


MORE INFO ABOUT THE JOBS AND CONDITIONS:
The jobs are always full-time jobs with a minimum of 38 regular hours per week. Unlinke many other agencies we do not invite workers to come all the way to the Netherlands and just offer barely enough hours to pay for the rent, we offer solid full-time jobs often with an opportunity to make extra hours (which will be paid at a higher percentage depending on the time table). Payments are always done in accordance with the collective agreement (correct payment for the jobs).

Before we invite you to come to the Netherlands and start working, we will always send you an exact calculation for 38, 40, 45 and 50 hours of working, with and without our company housing, so you will know EXACTLY how much NETTO payment you will receive for various amounts of hours work per week. We will also provide you photos from the house, information about the driving distance and time from house to work, and everything else you want to know about the job so you can start working without any surprises.

The hourly bruto rate will rise in accordance with the number of experience years as well as the given Collective Agreement adjustments.

Most of the jobs are daytime jobs, between 06:00 and 18:00, some jobs are night jobs (not that often, but sometimes we have these).

Of course you will be able to go home now and then for your holidays (Easter, Christmas, New-Year and occasionally a week off).


ARRANGEMENTS & PAYMENT:
Having your own house is not a problem for our jobs, but in case you do not have that, ProperJob can arrange a bed for you at one of our excellent quality houses. The rent for a bed will be E 73,50 per week, including gas, water, light, high speed internet and Polish satellite TV. We can apply the ET-regulation for compensation of double rent costs (this will give you higher net payment).

• Transportation to the work (bike or car) and a fuel-card. Own car?: E0,19 / km

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
MUST HAVE:

• Experience in any of the expertise area's as mentioned above. These jobs/professions can not be fulfilled just by anyone who thinks he/she can learn such a job in a couple of days. Our client will easily detect false promises made in applications and unfortunately we will have to end the job in such a case, even after a couple of hours this can happen. No experience = end of job after 1 hour, so please don’t apply for these jobs
• Please mention in your CV all relevant information. Which kind of machines have you previously worked with, which programming code (CNC), which kind of painting method (powder coating), which welding processes are you certified for, etc., etc.
• Good knowledge of English, German or Dutch to communicate and receive instructions
• Good work-motivation
• Flexibility (no 5 days, 38-hours max per week mentality)

WOULD BE PREFERRED:

• VCA Certificate
• Reading technical drawings
