Executive Assistant with French
For our Client– international, prestigious organisation based in Poznan we are currently looking for junior Candidate with knowledge of French to fill the role of Executive Assistant.
While working as Executive Assistantyou will be a member of a global team responsible for managing communication with Clients. You will be a part of truly international team based in Poland, Asia and USA. Your day to day job will include proactively screening and dealing with calls and other correspondence responsibly and professionally with an awareness of consultant priorities, effectively liaising with clients, teams and other contacts, scheduling internal and external meetings and phone conferences with clients of all
levels as well as attending to the corresponding logistics.
As ideal Candidate you should be a fluent French speakerwho holds a BA Degree (ideally in Management, Marketing & Communication, International Relations). You need to have very good MS Office skills and be interested in marketing & communication. We are looking for team players with very good analytical and problem solving skills.
