We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Portfolio Services Manager
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Close cooperation with Portfolio Managers, Programme Managers, Senior Project Managers e to ensure alignment of their project with the wider change portfolio and the Group Strategy, Values and Behaviors
Promoting and taking accountability for portfolio quality
Identifying and sharing the resource requirements of the portfolio
Planning and optimising the plan effectively to maximise benefits and minimise risk
Proactively monitoring portfolio execution to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the yearly lifecycle
Collaborates and builds positive stakeholder and business partner relationships
Requirements:
More than 3 years professional experience working on complex project/programmes/portfolios with multiple stakeholders in different countries
Banking industry knowledge
Self-driven and proactive
Fluent English, ability to speak other European languages is an advantage
Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
Able to achieve excellence under time and stress pressure
Fluent in financial and budget management
Experienced in project tracking, reporting and governance
Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools
Proven portfolio/project management qualification (MoP, PMP, MSP) is an advantage
