For one of our clients, an international production company with an SSC based in Łódź, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of PMO SUPPORT ANALYST.
PMO SUPPORT ANALYSTwill be responsible for supporting daily work of Project Managers located in various countries all around the world by tracking department metrics, providing periodical dashboards and reports, conducting project checks to ensure projects’ compliance with standards and schedules, updating issue logs, budgets and project schedules, ensuring appropriate project documentation is kept up to date, and following up with assigned project stakeholders to acquire necessary information on status of activities, risk mitigation and issue resolution. PMO SUPPORT ANALYST will also be responsible for evaluating existing tools, and proposing and implementing new ones in order to enhance the project management excellence in the organization.
We are looking for candidates who have previous experiencein supporting PMO / Project Governance, and are familiar with project management frameworks ( PMI, PRINCE2). Working knowledge of SAPsystem, excellent MS Exceland PowerPoint skills and experience developing reports are essential, as well as fluency in English.Familiarity with IT technologies and terminology is desirable, experience using MS Projector other PPM tools will be a plus.
