We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

PMO Specialist
Miejsce pracy: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Assist our management, project teams and operation teams on daily controlling, financial and administrative duties
Responsible for department and projects budgeting
Resource planning
Invoice payment process
Department administration (i.e. HR cases, immigration,timesheets)
Helping with recruitment (i.e. contacting recruitment agencies)
Organizing meetings, team events
Analysis of data, reports preparation, presentation and many others for needs for senior management
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in financial institution or IT
Experience as Personal Assistance – nice to have
Advance in Excel
Strong organizational skills
Very good communication skills
Experience with dealing with senior stakeholders
Ability to work within international environment
