PMO Reporting Analyst

At the moment we are looking for:

- Create, prepare and run reports on adhoc (demand) and periodical (weekly, monthly) basis for PMO:
- Projects and tasks data quality reports; Process compliance reports; Projects Portfolio and variance analysis reports
- Analyze data/results and prepare impact summary and action plans
- Create, prepare and run specific scorecard/dashboard reports for PMO and Regional Delivery Center
- PMO Operational Excellence
- PMO Internal Performance metrics around Work Intake and Demand Management
- Support to RDC on specific performance metrics (e.g. small work)
- Operational/performance reports for specific RDC teams
- Collect and provide inputs into Global and Regional Scorecards ran by central teams
The PMO Data & Reporting Analyst reporting to the EMEA Project Delivery Enablement Advisor, is accountable for compiling business data and developing, building and maintaining reporting to evaluate results including interpreting statistical and operational data under minimal supervision. Work scope would include dashboards, scorecards and analytic models that present data in dynamic context to yield useful insights and steer appropriate organizational focus
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics or equivalent degree or equivalent experience
- Project management training or certification would be nice to have
- 2 to 3 years working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst or in a IT / Telecom project coordinator or project controls analyst role
- Strong experience with data analysis and reporting activities, which includes:
- Good understanding of logical and physical data models and relationships
- Experience with database reporting
- Experience with specific reporting tools
- Experience working in a PMO or a delivery center would be nice to have
- Tableau software knowledge or similar is highly desirable
- Very good English
