We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
PMO Analyst
Location: Kraków
PMO Analyst supports all aspects of the project using planning, monitoring and controlling processes. PMO Analyst will primary support Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with bigger projects but also lead medium size projects or project work streams.
PMO Analyst will also be responsible for producing MI function within PMO. PMO Analystt office duty will be day-to-day Clarity and other internal resources and time management systems maintenance, managing MI function team.
Key Accountabilities:
To organize project structure and documentation flow
Use standardized structure for project documentation
Generating necessary documents (including plans, schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports)
Organize and hold work stream progress meetings
Track and monitor project progress
To update project documentation on ongoing basis
Collaborate with external vendor and finance team in terms of invoices reconciliation
Clarity management
Identifying and escalate potential risks and issues and taking corrective actions
Support delivery of process improvements and related financial benefits through usage of Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
To motivate project members and other involved staff to achieve best possible working environment, standards of work, motivation, and performance,
administration and maintenance
Requirements:
At least 1 year experience in project management
At least 1 year experience in financial institution or IT
Very good command of English language to manage a complex workload
Knowledge of Project Management methodology, banking processes and organizational structures
Presentation skills
Ability to work independently as well as a team member
Strong organisational skills
Ability to adapt to changing business environment
Ability to work within international environment
