Support action, issue, and risk tracking, action log maintenance and reporting. Support change
control, maintain change log and associated reporting
-Resource Management Support:
Support on-boarding and off-boarding of resources, including the creation and maintenance of
program resource sheet
- Planning and Roadmap support
- Dependency Tracking support
- Scope documentation support
- Deliverable Management
- Continuous improvement
- Communications Support
- Meetings support
- Reporting support
- Project / Service Mgmt. Tooling
• Project Management accreditations (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) high desirable
• Experience 2-5 years on large business transformation projects (manage a complex business change / program
environment, geographically spread global programs.)
• Previous experience in Project Management or PMO role
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
• Pro-active and hands-on
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to work independently and in team
• Your way of working is characterized by a high level of accuracy / eye for detail
• Fluent in English, other languages are an advantage

• Bachelor/master degree with at least 2 years of working experience• Project Management accreditations (PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) high desirable
