Currently we are looking for them experienced and talented person for Quality Manager position, responsible for supervising the quality area from the start of a new product development in respect of both product and processes (cooperation with project organizations and customers across different locations, controlling the all quality actions from start-up of series to a customer, following up of industrial KPI, managing and development of existing quality system (organization and execution of internal audits, customers audits and certifications) and assuring and executing supply quality in cooperation with purchasing department.
The ideal candidate should have higher education (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar), at least 5 years of managerial experience in automotive industry, fluent English, specialist technical knowledge in the following topics: implementation of quality standards according to customer requirements (ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6), auditing of process and system, problem solving methods, FMEA applications, TQM systems. Knowledge of length measurements, fundaments of electronic and six-sigma training will be an asset. The incumbent should have also inter-cultural receptiveness, entrepreneurial thinking, negotiating skills, assertiveness and should be a good team player.
