Opis stanowiska pracy

Tasks:
Managing, organizing and planning of all production activities within the production plant:
- Process,

- Maintenance,

- Quality assurance,

- personnel

in order to produce within the frameworks of prescribed safety and quality standards.

The role includes:

oversee compliance with the lines of policy related to production to ensure that you can see guarantee a safe and correct production policy,
supervise and follow up quality standards to ensure that the set quality standards are achieved,
organize and drive the Production plant taking into account the requirements to ensure that the required production targets can be delivered,
draw up, manage and follow up the working budget (in order to estimate and realise investments, fixed and variable production costs) and provide corrective adjustment to ensure that an optimum allocation of working resources is obtained within the general budgetary vision,
consult with the social partners within the framework of general business guidelines to ensure that social harmony in the plant is boosted,
coach and work on development of employees to ensure their competences, skills and know-how are used and developed to the best advantage and to work as a well-functioning plant,
oversee compliance with the safety and standards, internal rules and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for the employees within a safe and correct production process,
co-develop and implement new products concepts in order to adapt fluently to whishes of the customers.

Wymagania

For this interesting and challenging job, the following skills and experience are needed:

5 years’ experience in similar position within a manufacturing operation,
Knowledge of process technology,
Knowledge of food industry (microbiology, Preservability, GMP, HACCP)
Experience in project managemet
Involvement to the organization,
Flexibility,
Customer-oriented,
Crossfunctional thinking,
Result driven,
Managing teams,
Charisma
Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills,
ERP skills – SAP, One Word – analytical skills must be strong and the use of analytical software such as EXCEL and ERP Systems is a must.
Fluency in English and Polish,
Knowledge of Czech, Slovak, Hungarian as a plus,
Russian as a plus,
ability to handle multiple projects at multiple stages will be a steady demand. The ability to provide concise executive summary of complex details will be called on regularly.
