THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
The company is a middle-large multinational ingredients company, but is growing fast and looking for a plant manager with several years of experience in the Food Industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As the Plant Manager you are responsible for the location in Noord-Brabant. For this role the company is looking for an experience Plant Manager with experience in the Food Ingredients with a background in Food Technology or Chemistry with +10 years of experience in a similar position within the Food Industry.
The Plant has +/-90FTE and the plant manager will be responsible for production, maintenance/engineering, supply chain and hr. Motivating and coaching employees to grow and develop themselves are also an important focus of the Plant Manager. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for the export to clients abroad and therefore is looking for a Plant Manager who has already experience in a similar position within a multinational.
Also Quality will be one of the responsibilities of the Plant Manager. Knowledge of several quality systems like HACCP, BRC & IFS are required.

REQUIREMENTS
-Background in Food Technology and/or Chemistry
-More than 10 years of experience in a similar postion within the Food Industry
-Experience in the Food Ingredients is required
-Knowledge of Dutch & English language
-HACCP, BRC & IFS
-Six Sigma Certification preferred
