We are looking for a relationship-oriented leader for the position of Plant Manager who can successfully manage a dynamically growing organization. Our Client is an international middle-sized manufacturing company (approximately 850 employees worldwide) that operates its Polish plant (app 170 employees) located in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervision of all day-to-day operational activities of the Polish plant and its technological and technical development. He/She will be in charge of implementing production schedule, control and supervision of production processes with an emphasis on compliance with quality standards of products. The scope of duties will also include supervising of 5S program and solving current problems of technical and quality standards as well as establishing and carrying out optimization measures and monitoring indicators of the plant. Flawless collaboration with group technical management will be instrumental in improving operational efficiency of the plant and implementation of new investments.
We are looking for Candidates with at least a few years of experience in managerial position as a head of manufacturing department or production manager, with practical experience in planning, logistics and warehousing as well as with knowledge of regulatory requirements (in the area of environmental protection, health and safety, labour law). He/She should have experience in cooperation with commercial partners, working in an international environment with virtual teams and strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills. Experience in investment projects management will be an additional asset. Master of Science degree (preferably connected with engineering or production management) and very good level of English is a must as well as excellent leadership skills and high level of professionalism and ethics. We are looking for a self-starter that can design and develop teams that lead to change and improvements in customer relationships and business performance.
Our client offers a salary of at least 18 000PLN gross and bonus system, business car and opportunity to grow career in a stable international environment.
