THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.
The company is a smaller Belgium Food Production company with the production location based in the Netherlands and is specialized in Food Ingredients. The company also has two more locations, based in Belgium. For the plant in the Netherlands, the company is currently looking for an experienced Plant Manager from the Food Industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The location is based in the south of the Netherlands, in Limburg. The plant has +/-60FTE and is focused on food ingredients. The Plant Manager will be responsible for R&D, production, engineering and maintenance, quality and safety.
The Plant Manager will also be responsible for (R&D)projects, focused on developing products and efficiency improvement of the (production)processes. The Plant Manager will be directly reporting to the Managing Director in Belgium.

REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum 10 years of experience in a management position in the Food Industry
-Bachelor Degree in (Chemical) Engineering, Food Technology or similar studies
-Experience with Lean (six sigma certification preferred)
-People Manager: strong communication skills
-Dutch & English Language (also French preferred)
