Our client is a professional Agriculture organization, based in Zuid-Holland Netherlands.
The company of our client is well known within the Agricultural Flower Development Business. It produces several products and methods for many different users. Their focus is aimed at Flower/Plant health and research in agriculture.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Plant Health Researcher you are in charge for managing plant health related projects in the R&D department, and work closely together with supporting departments.
You will lead and develop research on varieties of flowers. While doing this it is of importance to align the performance of the department accordingly and build customer relationships. This will exist out of the development of research, future trend assessments and industry needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform your role most efficient you will need to showcase experience and knowledge in the following areas:
• Enhance and innovate existing and new technologies
• Collaborate with the agronomic specialist and assistants
• Focus on strategic developments for customer needs
• Ensure alignment between crop protection programs and research
REQUIREMENTS
• MSc in Agricultural related field
• Between 3-5 years of experience in the Crops Sciences
• Strong plant pathology related agriculture knowledge
• Strong writing and speaking skills in English
• Analytical and project management skills
• Focus on customer needs and strategic goals
