Our client is a breeding organisation with a strong reputation located in the North of France.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As plant geneticist you are the responsible person for the analysis of large datasets. AS the only person in the company fulfilling this role you are irreplaceable and your input is very much valued. You will be working together with the breeders to come to the best solutions and newest variations.
Close collaboration with the breeders isn't something strange in this company and offers you much more insight into the entire process attached to the work of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The responsible person for big data analysis;
- Receiving rough data and analyzing it, advising breeders;
- Collaborating with the breeders to reach best results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of molecular breeding techniques;
- Speak the French language;
- MSc in relevant field with at least 5 years working experience, PhD is preferred with 1 year working experience.
