For our Client, a production company located in Katowice, we are looking for Candidates willing to work on a position of a Financial Controller.
Working on this position, the Candidate will have to bear the responsibility for management of two manufacturing plants. Its duties will include financial planning and analysis, as well as provision of business support in operational and strategic matters, regular forecasting and monthly performance reviews. What is more, the perfect Candidate will be held responsible for liaison with Plant Management, EMEA Controller, EMEA Director and other business units and stakeholders. The duties also include advisory, business support and leadership in terms of productivity issues, inventory optimization and financial investments, as well as coordination of internal controls. The Candidate will also need to act as a SAP Superuser in the company.
The perfect Candidate should have a finance or accounting degree and a significant experience in a manufacturing company, as well as be fluent in English. Knowledge of SAP, US GAAP or IFRS and MS Excel is required. What is more, we are looking for Candidates characterized by the willingness to travel internationally on a monthly basis, self-motivation to work and communication and problem-solving skills.
