Plant Controller (m/f)
This position is dedicated to plant controllers with at least 5 years experience in all aspects of being financial controller at manufacturing company. You'll be a right hand of Plant Manager in financial matters to reach targeted objectives and You'll report to Group Controlling Manager.
Whole recruitment process is done remotely via Skype for Business.

Our Client has diverse porfolio of Clients in many industries, which affects on it's business continuity during COVID-19 crisis. A manufacturing site is located in Radomsko near Częstochowa, company headcount is ca 350 employees.
Description
* Deliver timely and accurate information on financial and operational status of the company, support Management Board decision processes, through:
regular reporting - financial, budget analysis, KPIs
financial planning and analysis
financial modelling
budgeting processes
ad-hoc various fields analysis
managing ERP system data and resources
operations controlling
sales controlling (price calculator, CRM support)
preparing materials for internal communication and reviews
* Proactive development and implementation of improvements in controlling and management processes
Profile
* University degree, preferably in economics and finance or related fields
* Minimum 5 year experience in the area of financial controlling and accounting, preferably in production company
* Proficiency in budgeting, reporting and controlling tools
* Analytical skills, ability to develop findings and present them in organised manner
* Understanding business drivers and processes, esp. in sales and operations areas
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* SAP knowledge
* Proven leadership experience
* Management consulting experience is an additional advantage
* Very good command of English, ability to work in English daily
* Business acumen, problem-solving approach, proactive and "can-do" attitude
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
