Our Client is a global manufacturing services company with plant in Northern Poland. Currently we are looking for Planning Supervisor to lead and administer the planning staff within the workcell, supports the development and implementation of planning strategies and systems and optimizes costs under supervision of the Planning Manager.
Planning Supervisor will be responsible for ensure workcell’s execution to planning strategies and ensure that the workcell is focused to drive down the overall cost of materials. You will provide feedback and support development of planning initiatives and strategies and support customer’s business needs using standard process. You will maintain efficiency of capacity and customer sizing, accurate revenue forecasting, material control and liability to ensure 100% on-time delivery. Your responsibility will be to analyze material and capacity requirements and communicate constraints to the workcell and customer based on accurate customer demand.
Ideal candidate should have minimum two years of planning experience; bachelor’s degree preferred. APICS certification and supervisor experience also preferred. Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience. We need an experienced candidate with ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Moreover you need to have ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. English is a must.
