We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Planning & Resource Manager
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Support creation and ongoing management of an approved rolling resource demand plan at Change Portfolio level and within the approved headcount and financial budgets
Support creation and ongoing management of an approved resource supply plan based on actual headcount and within approved budget, utilizing approved hiring strategies and/or resource augmentation targets
Manage a regional/global or business portfolio subset of the Group Transformation process for resource management
Maintain portfolio view of current and planned resource allocations
Provide appropriate resource MI
Lead and/or support portfolio and global governance forums for resource prioritization
Identify and escalate resource conflicts and constraints that require attention
Monitor metrics and work with relevant parties to address variances against target
Provide all required management information in relation to key resource management metrics e.g. resource utilization and availability
Ability to balance conflicting requirements across global, regional and country based priorities
Provision of subject matter expertise throughout the Change Portfolio to optimize the resource profile at programme level
Collaboration across Transformation to ensure overall Transformation resource supply plans are met
Requirements:
Knowledge of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) concepts
Excellent understanding of frameworks, methodologies and best practice techniques
Excellent understanding and operational knowledge of toolsets (e.g. Clarity, GPDM)
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
Excellent understanding of operational portfolio reporting and MI
Thorough understanding of company planning and AOP process
Fluent English,
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders
Strong understanding, analysing and interpreting skills when working with information (both financial or non-financial) and variance reporting
Self-driven, independent and flexible
Strong organisational skills
Able to work under stress and pressure
