For our client, a global biotechnology company, we are currently looking for Senior Specialists to join an European Business Planning team.
On this position you will be responsible for leading all aspects of financial planning through close cooperation with Swiss Cost Centers (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Finance , HR) and Budget owners, planning headcount, assisting budget owners in the PO process, preparing monthly reports and analysis, and controlling all activities of costs centres. In addition, you will provide support to cost centers when needed and participate in team meeting to drive planning as well as suggest some process optimizations.
We are seeking candidates with more than 3 years of experience on a similar position gained in corporate environment. Fluent English is a must. Previous experience in biotech industry will be an advantage. We are looking for candidates with analytical mind and great interpersonal and communication skills which help in daily collaboration with various partners.
