On behalf of our Client, AstraZeneca, we are looking for the Candidates for the position of Personal Assistant for the newly created Shared Services Center located in Warsaw.
On this position you will provide professional administrative services for the top level managers living in United States. On a daily basis you will assist with a calendar management, booking travel, preparing an expense reports, also you will support various projects executed by the managers.
We are looking for the Candidates with good business understanding who has already worked on a similar position. Fluent English is a must as well as excellent communication skills and capability of prioritising the tasks.
