Due to our fast growth we are currently looking for Personal Assistant with English to join our team.
Purpose of the role is to provide full secretarial, clerical and administrative support to Country Head and other senior staff members
DUTIES:
• Managing CEO’s travels and calendar
• Managing company’s and conference calls’ calendar
• Organizing meetings and events
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Written and oral translations
• Liaising with clients and suppliers
• Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficiency in written and oral English
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
• Ability to plan, prioritize, work under time’s pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Portuguese would be and additional advantage.
