Description
- Increasing and implementation of performance and development policy consistent with the strategy and objectives of the company
- Evaluation and creation of the recommendations as appropriate to management team to develop employees
- Collaboration with employees to ensure a full understanding of their development needs
- Creation and performing employees development programs
- Improvement of appraisal system
- Operative co-operation with external authorities and services providers
- Daily basis support in Head Office and collaborating with worldwide in development and appraisal process area
- Co - creating the HR strategy in accordance with the global and local business strategy in the area of development
- Reporting and analysis in according of Group standards
Profile
- University degree with HR related field of study
- Minimum 5 years of experience on a similar position (with a proven track record in an industrial environment
- Experience in a multinational organization required with a strong preference for experience in a production environment
- Proactive approach / self-starter
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Communicative English required
- Good knowledge of MS Office package
- SAP experience will be an advantage
