Manpower Polska Sp. z o. o. (register number 412) for his Client is currently recruiting for positions of Payroll Transition Coordinator ( temporary work).
Payroll Transition Coordinator will be responsible for managing the transition process for each country of EMEA, assisting with discovery process, data gathering, parallel runs and handing over the implemented payroll. An ideal candidate for this position has solid payroll processing experience, fluent English and great communication skills. This position also involves ongoing communication with Country HR and Country Finance leads in each country, to ensure all requested information is provided to the Payroll system provider during each country’s transition

Requirements
-Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
-Previous experience of running a payroll in EMEA
-Excellent knowledge of various payroll legislations
-Experience of dealing with work councils and governmental legislative requirements
-Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work under time pressure
-Organised and methodical attitude
-Excellent communication skills
