For our Client, a global FMCG company based in Warsaw, that is currently developing on the polish market, we are looking for the Payroll Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for performing end to end payroll processing, entering and updating personal information records (hiring, promotion, transfers), preparing documents and certificates, cooperating closely with managers and payroll providers, preparing payroll reports for Financial Department and making sure that employees are paid timely, accurately and in accordance with policies. In addition, you will participate in process of improvements, you will participate in many HR projects and you will be part of an international team.
We are looking for Candidate with two years of experience on a similar position, fluent English (additional European language is an asset) and open-minded attitude. Moreover, we seek Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Our Client offers stable position (permanent contract of indefinite period), benefit package (private medical care; sport card and other) and an opportunity to work in an international environment.
