On behalf of our Client, a worldwide corporation based in Tricity, we are looking for a Payroll Specialistwith Spanish for Spanish Market.
As a Payroll Specialistyou will be responsible for processing payroll data input on to the payroll platform, from New Starters up to monitoring payments and salary changes. You will be expected to ensure payroll processed accurately within agreed deadlines. You will be liaising with key business stakeholders and responding to HR and employees requests and queries in a timely manner. You will be responsible for sending statutory forms to Payroll Vendor within agreed deadline. Although you will be also responsible for Spanish market, you can be also asked to perform ad hoc activities related to assigned payroll group.
The ideal Candidatefor this role will need strong ability to sustain customer relationships with an understanding of customer focus and service delivery. To be successful on this position skills like inquisitiveness, openness, problem solving and decision making are required. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with attention to details is crucial, especially that you will join a team of dynamic and feisty colleagues. Fluent both English and Spanish are highly required.,
