On behalf of our Client, a global Shared Service Center in Warsaw, we are urgently looking for a person to hold the position of Payroll Specialist with English or Italian.
Main responsibilities on this position will include managing payroll inputs in relation with payroll vendor, calculating pay and deductions, maintaining information and monitoring any changes affecting the payroll, updating the records and preparing reports. Payroll Specialist will support Polish employees, answer all questions related to Personnel Administration and Payroll, report to Payroll Leader and support him in identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvements in processes, systems and procedures.
We are looking for a person who has minimum two years of experience in payroll function, gained preferably in SSC/BPO. Proficiency in business English or Italian (at least B2) is required. Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, and previous experience with ERP software is desirable. We are seeking candidates with well-developed interpersonal skills.
