Due to dynamic growth and development of Sony Pictures Global Business Services, an international financial and accounting services centre located in Gdynia, Poland, we are currently recruiting for the position Payroll Specialist-UK.

PAYROLL SPECIALIST-UK

Duties and Responsibilities:


Ensure payroll processes are followed and executed on time
Perform error handling procedures
Support entry of personnel data to ensure effective and accurate payroll calculation and processing
Liaise with the In-Territory HR Coordinators to ensure employee on-boarding, off-boarding and data is complete
Perform data reconciliations for timeliness and accuracy
Generate central payroll requirement reports
Support transitioning territories
Provide support for the European payroll vendor
Provide first line support for queries
Entering UK & HR related changes into ADP freedom within the agreed timescales
Ensure all relevant payroll related paperwork i.e. P45's MatB1's etc. is sent to payroll partner
Act as a sole point of contact for all queries from ADP
Verify monthly payroll output by an ensure all changes are accurately captured
Commit the changes in the monthly payroll within agreed timescales
Preaparing pension reports and sent to pension provider for individual fund allocation
Initiate and manage timely approvals of the payroll via the appropriate electronic systems
Provide statement of earnigs when required
Tax year end processing - p60, p11D (processing P11d, collect data and prepare P11d reports using software tool)
Manual calculation of income tax an NI contribution
Liaise with HRMC

Skills & Experience Required:

At least 1-2 years experience in payroll processing and HR administrative support
Knowledge of SAP Finance will be an advantage
Excellent MS Excel skills
Ability to effectively communicate and flexibly operate in the international Shared Service environment
Experience supporting payroll and HR administration in Polish company will be a plus


Language skills:


Fluent business English language skills (oral and written)
Ability to effectively communicate in another European language (Italian, Spanish, German or French) will be a strong advantage but is not necessary
