Payroll Manager ( Austria)/Senior Payroll Accountant
An Unique role for people who have knowledge of labour Law in Austria. Position located in Katowice.
The main tasks:
- Training (coaching) and supporting team in order to attain its objectives and the required level of efficiency
- Ensuring high quality of services provided by the team, timeliness and compliance with the scope of the contract in accordance with the set SLA and corporate strategy
- Preparing regular reports
- Preparing correspondence for external institutions
- Verifying documents relating to employment
- Ongoing supporting HR and payroll specialists / junior HR and payroll specialists
- Management of customer satisfaction - escalation, recovery plans related to improvement of the level of service
- Monitoring the current quality of service and the level of dealing with problems
- Proposing new, more efficient processes, improving existing processes based on experience and knowledge of company standards, a variety of tools and processes
- Participating in conference calls concerning scope of activities and services for handling the customer
- Cooperating with technical teams in order to solve problems with used applications
- Participating in the implementation of new customer service (training planning team, setting responsibilities of an internal client (SoS), understanding and analysis of operating procedures (SOP) and detailed work instructions (DWI), monitoring of implementation and service delivery)
Qualification:
- Preferred high education level (economy, accountancy) or other related
- Very good command of German and English
- Payroll certificate
- Excellent knowledge of Labour law in Austria
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a payroll specialist for Austria
- Proven good customer service level
- Knowledge of HR & payroll related application relevant for Austria
- Very good knowledge of reporting tools is an advantage
- Very good command of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Good work organization and capability to work under time pressure.
- Good analytical skills, details’ orientation.
- Independent in problem solving.
- Good communication skills.
