Your new company
Well known international business center located in the center of Cracow.
Your new role
You will be part of team specializing in benefits systems for customers from UK. The internship will start with 4 week induction trainings. Then you will have an opportunity to try yourself in real work and the scope of duties will include responding to customer inquiries mostly by phone, counselling in the field of benefits and updating database. Of course all the time you may rely on support of experienced mentors.
What you'll need to succeed
Very good command of English (C1 level) and desire to start career in HR/internal customer support area in the international environment. Any previous experiences in customer service or HR area will be a plus but is not required. We are also opened for Candidates without any former experience. If you are a student, you are also welcomed but you will need to be available min. 25h/week (Monday-Friday).
What you'll get in return
Possibility to gain unique experience in international corporate environment, salary for whole period of internship (including trainings time) and flexible work schedule. Internship will last 2 months starting on 1st of February 2017. Moreover there is possibility to maintain long term cooperation with the company after internship.
