ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this dynamic role together with a team of several Packaging Engineers you will be responsible as Packaging Line Engineer for the development of standardized lines in collaboration with the suppliers, the technical drawer, project managers and production. From concept phase to commissioning. You will be responsible for FAT and SAT, drawing technical specs, reviewing supplier’s concepts, challenging suppliers, reviewing drawings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing packaging equipment
- Responsible for project quality, budget, time to market
- Selection of suppliers, FAT on location, SAT
- Translation of technical requirements to concepts, qualification
- Commissioning of packaging lines
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of packaging equipment
- Proven knowledge of operations
- At least 10 years’ experience in the food industry
- Technical project management
- Natural authority
- Fluent in English
