ROLE DESCRIPTION
Your will primarily function as a packaging specialist who supports the company in the achievements of performance targets. These targets will be in quality, costs and customer service. You will aid the operations manager in technical processes in the packaging department where you work closely together wit front line experts. You will be responsible for the implementation of improvementprocesses in effectivity and you will be the main expert of the packaging environment and machinery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- The realisation of good packaging performance
- The initiation and coördination of packaging projects focussing on sustainability
- You will be responsible for the weekly and monthly analyses and reports
- You will maintain contact with the central organisation
- You will organise training sessions and you will develop new training material
- Maintaining the quality of the production machines and the performance of audits
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in packaging engineering or food science
- Innovative, analytical and persuasive mindset
- Well developed communicational skills
- Fluent in English
