Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity for commercially driven inventors who love to develop cutting edge products and applications and implement these in liason with the commercial team at our customers.
Because of the growth you'll be working on the edge of technology and commerce, you play a major part in developing and offering our customers the best solution for their packaging challenges and giving them the service they deserve. The position gives a great deal of autonomy, responsibility and an international work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the customers products and processes
- Perform specific trails at the customer to optimise the process
- Check the market for trends of flexible packaging solutions
- participate in project teams to develop or improve products and applications
- Designing training materials
- Provide training to customers regarding packaging solutions
REQUIREMENTS
- Food Technology at Bachelor level
- 3 till 5 years of work experience in packaging- or food industry
- Understanding food manufacturing processes, filling equipment and the packaging process
- Preferably experience with manufacturing aseptic packaging solutions
- Ability to connect and support with both technical and commercial teams in a constructive way
- Experience in a customer faced sales position
- Strong communication skills and good command of the English language
- Good command of Microsoft Excel
This role requires frequent travel in Europe; up to 40-50 % of your time, mostly 2-4 day trips.
