P2P team leader with French, Italian or Russian

Responsibilities:
- ensuring correct daily execution of key responsibilities in the FSSC
- responsible for running and representing the P2P team
- resolving complex issues
- setting goals
- coaching and developing action plans of employees
Requirements:
- university degree - Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration
- experience in the people management or any leadership area
- experience in accountancy, especially P2P - in a SSC/BPO environment
- fluent English and Italian,French or Russian - is a must
- knowledge of SAP system
- excellent communication skills
- problem solving skills
