For our Client, we are looking for Candidates interested in the position of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist with German/ French/ Danish language. The position is located in Warsaw.
As a part of Purchase To Pay Department you will be responsible for the management and delivery of end to end P2P processes for several European countries. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and compliant P2P process for all goods and services. The Candidate will be involved in operational support to the users within organization (including verification and approving Purchase Requests) and usage validation of buying channels, suppliers and catalogues. He or She will also ensure contract collection and be responsible for necessary buying instructions.
We are looking for Candidates with at least two/ three years of experience in international tactical/ operational purchasing role. Good knowledge of P2P processes, preferably gained in big international companies will be valuable asset to the company.
To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as fluent command of English and Danish/ German or French. It is equally important to be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize and work on different task simultaneously.
