For our Client, a global company with well-known worldwide brand, we are looking for a Candidate for the position of P2P Process Expert located in Warsaw.
The Candidate will be responsible for supporting Procure To Pay operations in various locations worldwide. P2P Process Expert will lead process and systems training initiatives and deliver solutions in collaboration with business partners and stakeholders. The Candidate will also lead meetings and give presentations in order to ensure smooth instruction of changes and satisfactory resolution of problems . He/She will also be responsible for finding organization efficiency and making improvement recommendations. The role will require frequent international travels.
We are looking for Candidates with at around 3-4 years of experience in international tactical/operational purchasing role. Good knowledge of P2P processes, especially in indirect categories (preferably gained in big international companies) will be valuable asset to the company. To succeed in this role you will need excellent negotiation and analytical skills, good knowledge of eBuy/Ariba and SAP systems and fluent command of English.
