Junior P2P Accountant
Our client is a global organization operating in the life science with already established Financial Shared Service Centre in Wrocław, Poland .
On behalf of the company we are looking to recruit PTP Accountant.
The main purpose of the role is ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the Financial SSC according to the requirements, taking direction from the Team Leader and others in the team on specific Accounts Payable tasks.
Your key responsibilities will include: day to day operations in the Accounts Payable area: handling incoming invoices / credit memos, down payments, reviewing vendor accounts, enriching vendor master data, reconciling vendor accounts, handling of vendor queries and payment reminders and assisting with other clerical duties as needed.
We also require adherence to SLA ’s as well as company’s policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role you need to have University degree in economics / finance and good keyboarding and data entry speed, be familiar with MS Office tools and able to communicate in English and Italian
Previous experience in similar role (1-2 years) as well as knowledge of SAP FI will be a big asset but we are also open for fresh graduates.
