For one of our Clients - an international company for it's Shared Service Center in Poznań, currently we are looking candidates for the position of P2P Help Desk Expert.
As an P2P Help Desk Expert you will be responsible for supporting the business in 1st level user support, solving problems and support the training of the users.The person in this role will be in charge of create standard operating procedures and process maps and reporting directly to the Site Leader in Denmark.
P2P Help Desk Expert will also act as a point of daily communication with buyers and respond to their requests. Additionally person for this position will be create and change approvers workflow in SRM and monitoring Checklist Queries.
We are looking for Candidates with an academic University degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy or related field and approximately 2 years or more of relevant experience in Procurement environment in SSC. You will work in multinational environment therefore advanced knowledge of English is essential. Command of any other language would be an additional asset, especially German and French. Strong knowledge of SAP/SRM and very good knowledge of the MS Office package.
