For our client, an American multinational biotechnology company located in Warsaw, we are currently looking for the P2P Specialist with English.
On this position you will be a primary point person for helpdesk support managing inquiries for both internal and external customers in a timely manner and providing exceptional internal/external customer support and service. You will research and problem-solve invoice discrepancies, assist with processing daily invoices into Oracle financial systems as needed, interface regularly with buyers, requestors’ and suppliers. You will also facilitate an open and collaborative communications with SSC markets that promotes continuous improvement.
We are looking for candidates with one years of experience in client service or an accounting function gained preferably in an international environment. Experience with Oracle ERP and Service Now is preferred. Fluent in English is a must. Other languages preferred (German, French, Italian, Spanish). We are seeking well organised candidates with positive customer service attitude.
