• Day to day operations in the accounts payable area:
- Handle incoming invoices / credit memos
- Handle down payments
- Review vendor accounts
- Enrich vendor master data
- Reconciling vendor accounts
- Creating master data
- Handling of vendor queries
- Handle payment reminders
• Assist with other clerical duties
• Other specific accountabilities as directed
• Adherence to service levels
• Adherence to policies and procedures
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent qualification / work experience
• About 3+ years relevant work experience
• Direct functional experience
• Fluent French/ Dutch/ German
• Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tool
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English in a business setting (with focus on read and write)
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Willingness to travel (2 to 6 weeks periods)
• Good communication skills
