For our client, a global organization, one of the leading companies in its industry, who is opening new Shared Service Centre in heart of Katowice, we are currently looking for Specialists who will join newly created OTC Team. The company is offering great opportunity to develop your carrier path in Accounts Receivable in the international environment and be important part of the international team.
While working at this role you will be responsible for the ensuring daily invoicing, applying/allocating payment received and reaching out to customers to collect payments for overdue bills, or other payments. Your duties will include daily Invoicing, perform Financial Release, ensure customer payment are on time, Accounts Receivables & Cash Applications and collect Payments. In addition, you will perform customer registration in CFC related to financial items as well as generate direct debit collection process.
We are looking for Candidates with good English. Previous working experience in collection and educational background connected with finance/accounting is a must. An ideal Candidate should have excellent verbal and written communicational skills, problem solving and negotiation skills.
