OTC Reporting Manager - NEW SSC - Prague
The O2C Reporting Manager will be responsible for managing a team delivering finance reporting expertise for the order to cash cycle. This team will handle all aspects of controls, reporting and finance-related activities for O2C SSC.

Description
- Manages a team of Subject Matter Experts and Analysts who manage finance processes for the order to cash space.
- Manages to team for delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual closes
- Reviews bad debt provision calculation and presents to business finance
- Responsible for people management, development and coaching of the team
- Manages the unapplied cash process and credit note process
- Manages relationship with external collection agencies
- Develops and maintains standard reporting in systems
- Acts as point of contact for internal and external audit
- Creates forecasting and budgeting for Accounts Receivables Balances and cash collections
- Acts as finance business partner for departmental budget setting and control
- Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement in the team
Profile
- University Degree
- 2-5 years' experience of finance management
- Recognised accountancy qualification preferred (CPA, RA, ACA, ACCA)
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle for O2C process stream
- Expert in excel, knowledge of other Microsoft suite products advantageous
- Fluent or native English speaker
- Other European languages (German, French, Spanish, Italian or Dutch)
- Knowledge of US GAAP and European GAAP
