Your new company
On behalf of our Client, the company which sets up a new Shared Service Centre in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of OTC Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Your new role
As AR Specialist you will be responsible for requesting payment remittances from customers, establishing payment dates by phone as well as collecting, progressing and escalating high importance information. Also, you will need to assist in the preparation of management reports, ensure that the collection processes are followed, and prepare and review cash forecasts for specific clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree (educational background in accounting or economics will be advantage) as well as at least 1-2 years of experience in AR/Collections or another financial role . Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel skills. Exposure to international shared service environment and ability to operate in an international environment and within tight deadlines will be a great advantage. A good candidate would need to have strong interpersonal skills along with great organizational and time management skills. Fluency in English is a must.
