We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

OTC Client Clearing Product Development Lead

Location: Kraków

 

As part of the OTC Clearing Product Development team the purpose of the role is to drive the delivery of Clearing House (CCP) product launches, and functional releases for Company on interim and strategic platforms for OTC clearing, in support of client business revenue development.

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Partner with regional and global business and sales leads to drive definition into the client offering and CCP client / house Operating Model
  • Partner with front to back process owners to drive functional sponsorship and ensure these areas have plans in place to deliver the processes and services needed under the business plan to support the product and functionality releases
  • Drive the front to back IT development schedule to ensure functional requirements are joined up to provide a workable solution
  • Represent Company at clearing house calls related to the CCP product launch, and ensure the right Company functional staff join the right meetings so Company views are represented, as well as full internal awareness exists on launch requirements
  • Build relationships with regional regulatory bodies to ensure Company is fully abreast of all future changes, and pro-actively planning delivery support
  • Drive the Operating Model design for each functional and product release to ensure all impacted parties fully understand their role in the process
  • Ensure the front office Client Solutions operating model and process design is fully supported through training and testing
  • Support sales and client onboarding with SME knowledge to help with RFP and sales materials being produced
  • Working closely with front to back stakeholders to agree on the specification, timing and delivery of cross functional services
  • Document, track and report on the front to back product launch or release plan on a weekly basis

  • Ability to evaluate solutions for all elements of the of a product including legal framework, client service delivery, operational support model, technology solutions, credit and risk frameworks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively target messages to different audiences
  • English – Essential strong spoken and written

 

Essential Experience:

  • 2 year of experience working with OTC rates
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis and project management
  • Strong OTC rates business and operational process experience at an investment bank
  • Experience across trade lifecycle for OTC products and OTC Clearing
  • Experience managing IT delivery as a process owner or project lead
  • Demonstrable experience of developing process operating models
  • Experience at representing organisations at industry or vendor forums
  • Ideal Experience - Product Development
