For our client, one of the leaders in pharmaceutical industry with operations around the globe we are looking for experienced sales & marketing professional to run their OTC division.

As a Business Unit Manager you will define a long-term OTC strategy for the Polish market in line with the global strategy.

With a proven track record in growing an OTC business you will develop and implement business plan as well as establish sales and profit goals and will be accountable for meeting or exceeding targets on a consistent basis and have overall responsibility for the Business Unit P&L and budget planning.
Being people manager you will assure resources and lead & develop a sales & marketing team to successfully market new product lines and build successful business relationship with key Clients. You will be responsible for the full P&L of the unit.

We are looking for an experienced commercially driven self-starter, with 5+ years of proven track record in growing OTC business either as Sales Manager, Marketing Manager or Group Product Manager. Pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience is a must. Previous P&L responsibility along with a strong understanding of key financial metrics is strongly preferred. Experience in launching new products is a plus.
