On behalf of our Client, worldwide company with its Shared Service Centre in Tricity, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Accounts Receivable / OTC Specialist with French.
Your new role
As AR/OTC Specialist you will be responsible for requesting payment remittances from customers, establishing payment dates by phone as well as collecting, progressing and escalating high importance information. Also, you will need to assist in the preparation of management reports, ensure that the collection processes are followed, and prepare and review cash forecasts for specific clients.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a university degree (educational background in accounting or economics will be advantage) and previous experience as an accountant (AP or AR) or another financial role. Good working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel skills. Exposure to international shared service environment and ability to operate in an international environment and within tight deadlines will be a great advantage. Fluency in English and French is a must. You should be also open to participate in transition.
