For our new Business Centre in Kraków we are currently looking for:
Organizational Development specialist!

Purpose of the role:
To participate in key projects/initiatives in organisation design, job design and performance management and to
make recommendations to Senior management with the objective of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness
of the organisation and supporting a high performance work culture.

Key accountabilities:
Organisation Design: Ensures the design and alignment of organisation structures, roles, processes and
metrics to the strategy and needs of the business, including M&A and restructuring initiatives. Supports the
development of robust plans and strategies, that underpin and facilitate mid and long term business strategies.
Participates in multiple organisation design projects/activities.

Job Design: Provides advice to Senior Management to ensure that design of jobs are aligned with the
achievement of the desired business goals, whilst incorporating appropriate differentiation to support
career/succession planning. Includes challenging ideas and providing potential solutions that ensure job
families have logical step differences, with individual JD content that is focused and valid. Secures approval
prior to submitting for grade evaluation.

Performance Management : Supports the design and implementation of effective Performance Management
Programs/tools in order to improve internal Customer Experience, share best practices and ensure
organisation effectiveness to achieve Business results. Monitors Performance scoring and advises on trends
within the EMEA region, recommending follow up action and strategies.

HR Consulting : Analyses, reviews and recommends HR solutions in line with and in support of the business
and organisational needs. Plans and participates in EMEA wide HR initiatives, benchmarks and develops
proposals on best practices; provides input on strategies within own area of expertise.

HRMS and Analytics: Participates in the development and deployment of HR IT systems, that support
effective governance of programmes and strategies and provide useful information to management for informed
decision making. Uses HR reporting tools and other software to generate reports that improve own
understanding of specific issues or trends & to address individual customer needs. Helps each customer to
interpret the report content & develop realistic action plans that address either the route causes of issues
identified or to improve on existing practices.
