The person is key member of the organisation effectiveness team and responsible for ensuring the new organisation is implemented in line with the overarching OD principles and with clear roles and responsibilities for driving cross-functional collaboration
To be successful in this position you need to have previous experience of working and project managing international organisation design projects coupled with ability to handle multiple stakeholders, cultures, different priorities and personalities. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills will be a strong advantage.

Scope of duties:


  • Manages OD cross-functional management and interdependences through creation of appropriate SLAs;
  • Tracks effectiveness indicators as dictated by design principles (duplications, levels of management, spans of control...);
  • Facilitates OD change controls as agreed upon within the project and assesses and escalates cross functional dependencies and issues to the wider project team;
  • Proactively builds strong relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Leads workshops with members of a function/market aimed at driving clarity and organisational definition;
  • Works with the rest of the organisation design implementation team to implement the new operating model;
  • Assists the project leader with contributing insights and best practices for executing the overall project;
  • Works as part of the overall OD implementation team and helps out on a need to basis to ensure project stays on critical path.
Requirements:
  • Experience of working and project managing international organisation design projects;
  • Able to handle multiple stakeholders, cultures, different priorities and personalities;
  • Ability to think on his/her feet and create structure in an unstructured environment ;
  • Excellent facilitation skills;
  • Excellent presentation skills.
